Experienced Physical Performance Coach with a proven track record of success at the highest level of football in Romania. Currently serving as a valued member of the coaching staff at a top-tier football team in Romania, where I specialize in optimizing the physical abilities and performance of professional athletes.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and a Master’s degree in Motor Performance and Fitness, I possess a comprehensive understanding of human anatomy, exercise physiology, and biomechanics. My educational background equips me with the knowledge to design tailored training programs that enhance athletic performance, prevent injuries, and maximize the potential of each player.

In addition to my role at the football club, I proudly contribute as a Physical Performance Coach for the Romanian Women’s National Team. Working with elite athletes from different backgrounds has honed my ability to adapt training strategies and methods to suit individual needs, fostering a culture of inclusivity and excellence.

My coaching approach emphasizes a multidisciplinary approach, incorporating elements of strength and conditioning, agility and speed training, injury prevention, and sports nutrition.
