    Sydney Sports & Exercise Physiology

    Clinical Exercise Physiologist & Sports Scientist

    SSEP offers a premium Strength & Conditioning and clinical Exercise Physiology service to
    clientele across Sydney through 9 different clinics, I was based at The Sports Clinic
    (Sydney University). My role involved servicing Sydney University athletes, students and
    general population in the inner west of Sydney. I regularly consulted in a multi-disciplinary
    environment with Sports Medicine clinicians, physiotherapists, orthopedic surgeons,
    podiatry, dietetics, psychologists. Services I regularly completed include, but are not limited
    to:
    • Musculoskeletal rehabilitation – tendinopathy management, ACL (surgical,
    conservative and bracing spontaneous healing) & lower limb rehab, pre/post surgical
    rehabilitation and conditioning.
    • Strength and conditioning – including return to running field-based sessions
    • Long term athletic development – teenager to young adult and emerging athlete
    development across multiple sports.
    • Performance testing (VO2 max, blood lactate, athlete profile testing)

    Carlile Swimming

    Lead Strength & Conditioning Coach

    Carlile swimming is a world-renowned swimming club based in Sydney, with over
    50 Australian representatives. I worked specifically with the elite performance
    squad over 3 seasons and 2 national team trials. Achieving success with several
    athletes achieving representation at the international level. My role included
    building & implementing of all dry-land Strength & Conditioning, sports science
    and long-term athletic development plans. This also included regular
    communication and collaboration with swim coaches, medical and support staff.

    • 400m I.M male swimmer shoulder rehabilitation plan, load management,
    application. Leading to international team qualification (2021, 2022)
    • Open Water Olympic swimmer re-conditioning to pre-Tokyo 2020 peak
