About me
I am a dual citizen of the United States and the Republic of Ireland. In 2020 I graduated from the University of Limerick upon completing my Bachelor’s degree in Sport and Exercise Sciences. In August of 2022, I completed a Diploma in Strength and Conditioning and Personal Training with Setanta College becoming a Certified Personal Trainer with REPS Ireland. I currently work as a Strength & Conditioning Coach/ Personal Trainer at F23 Fitness. In September 2022 I began studying a MSc in Strength and Conditioning in Atlantic Technological University .
I am a hard worker who prides myself on my work ethic and giving my best to any task. I enjoy listening to others opinions especially if they differ from my own as I like understanding others and their beliefs and seeing things from a perspective that differs from my own. I am comfortable both working in a team environment as well as an individual as I am confident in my abilities.

Personal Trainer
In this position I design individualised and group resistance training programs to fit clients needs. The classes consist of private 1-on-1 Personal Training, SWEAT, S.G.P.T. (Small Group Personal Training), Masters (over 55yrs) and Youth S&C (10-17yrs). I have experience training a with variety of clients including pregnant clients, beginner clients, athletes, bodybuilders, crossfit, power lifters, clients with mobility restrictions and clients with previous injuries.
