Masters of Strength & Conditioning
I have passed Master's in Strength & Conditioning at Leeds Beckett University, United Kingdom. Throughout my time there, I studied; the Planning, Developing, and Evaluation of training and periodisation, Sport Physiology, Biomechanics, Professional Practice and successfully completed my dissertation researching The Anthropometric & Physical Characteristics of Age Grade Rugby League Players and The Relationship with Sprint Acceleration.

Batchelor's of Science in Sport Rehabilitation
I obtained a Second Class Division 1 (2:1) at the University of Hull (obtained during a global pandemic). During my time there, I studied the following; Functional Rehabilitation, Soft Tissue and Injury Management, Musculoskeletal Injuries & Pitch side care, Human Anatomy, Neurology, Psychology, and Professional Practice and successfully completing my dissertation researching The Effects of Nordic Hamstring Exercise on Injury Prevention in Football.

York Valkyrie RLFC
Head Strength & Conditioning Coach
Designed and implemented the current strength and conditioning program for current Women’s Super League players from the off season to current start of in season. This included gym work with inclusion of key lifts such as Squat, Deadlift, Bench Press, Bench Pull, and Power Clean. Provided on and off feet conditioning sessions to provide physiological adaptation for the players. Lead warmup drills for training sessions and inclusion of Small Sided Games. Aided players through their rehabilitation process and provided personalised programs. Conducted match day warmup and assisted with player preparations on game day.

PDG Lead Strength & Conditioning Coach
Planned, Developed and implemented the current u16 boys rugby union S&C program, sole working around body movement and nailing the fundamentals before starting to load any of the key main lifts. Conducted training warmup drills alongside conducting speed sessions for all players.

Assisted in the planning and delivery of the athletic development program within u18 men’s rugby union. This consisted of providing coaching feedback around key lifts such as Squat, Deadlift, Bench Press and Power Clean, alongside providing speed coaching sessions for all players out on the field.

Leeds Rhinos Rugby League
Intern Strength & Conditioning Coach
Worked alongside the current lead strength & conditioning coaches of the boys u16/17 scholarship rugby league team. During my time I was responsible for training day warmup drills, delivery of the S&C program, assisting players through their return to play protocol, creating individualised training plans for injured players, and match day preparation and operations. This required thorough communication with the lead S&C coaches, Physiotherapist and Head Coach.
