We are a gym that wants to help you make exercise a life long journey not a 6 to 12 week challenge.
No matter the session, our exercise prescription aims to improve aerobic fitness, muscular strength, endurance, flexibility, reduce your chance of injury, improve your mental health, improve body composition and neuromotor fitness, basically everything!
Most importantly, you will make new friends along the way with a supportive community.
All of our group classes and sessions are programmed and run by the very best Exercise Scientists and Strength and Conditioning coaches in Toowoomba and the Darling Downs.
