The University of West Georgia, a proud member of NCAA Division ll and the Gulf South Conference, seeks qualified candidates for its head women’s soccer coach vacancy. The Head Coach provides support to the student-athlete both academically and athletically and is expected to represent UWG in a professional manner that aligns with the University of West Georgia’s overall strategy and culture. The roles of this position as head coach include: player development; supervise staff; recruiting student-athletes; develop and manage budget including scholarships, equipment, and travel; monitor academic progress of soccer student-athletes; organize and handle soccer office administration duties, including but not limited to, compliance paperwork, recruiting, and travel scheduling; other duties assigned by the athletic director.

Required Qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• NCAA Recruitment Certificate
• CPR and First Aid Certification (May be obtained upon hire)

Preferred Qualifications:

•  Master’s Degree
•  3-5 years of head coaching experience
