Job Description

The University of New England is accepting applications for the full-time (9-month) position of Strength & Conditioning Coach. UNE is seeking highly-motivated professionals who have demonstrated a collaborative, team-centered approach; possess strong communication and administrative skills; and a proven background in the strength & conditioning profession. Under the supervision of the Director of Strength & Conditioning, the Strength & Conditioning Coach will design and implement strength and conditioning activities for varsity and club sport student-athletes.

A bachelor’s degree in exercise science, kinesiology or related field is required, as is National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA) CSCS certification. Candidates should have 2-3 years of relevant professional experience, or a combination of education and professional experience from which comparable knowledge and skills are acquired.
